Whether you are starting a small business on a part time basis around your regular working schedule, or are launching a new product or program in an existing entrepreneurial enterprise, prioritizing task completion is vital.

Take from someone who is notoriously bad at it.  The secret to success is having a system or regular process to help you decide which to work on now, and which tasks to save until later.

The most common (circa 1980) approach would be to tackle the most urgent and important first, but sometimes that isn’t the best idea.
